Civil
Our fully equipped civil team uses leading technologies to locate assets, perform installation and maintenance works, and reinstate sites for civil projects. Projects involve being physically active in a fun, outdoor environment, with plenty of exciting career development opportunities available.

Hauling
Our cable hauling crews work across residential and commercial sites carrying out projects, running and fitting-off fibre, as well as carrying out internal and external hauling. Cable hauling requires hands-on work in an outdoor environment, and it provides a great opportunity for hard-working individuals – who are willing to go that extra mile – to get a foot in the door with a leading telecommunications infrastructure delivery partner.

Electrical
Do you hold a current electrical qualification (A Grade), or are an apprentice working towards obtaining your electrical licence? By joining our team, you’ll be involved in electrical engineering construction and electrical installations, including public services, commercial fit-outs, and electrical service and maintenance. You’ll work on a wide variety of interesting projects and be a valuable asset to the FTS team.

Directional Drilling
Our fully equipped drill team conducts drilling in rock, clay and other earth, while locating utility assets and undertaking excavation works. You’ll work in a stimulating outdoor environment and get to use your problem-solving abilities to overcome constant challenges, while also contributing to our positive and exciting work culture.

Fibre Splicing
Our skilled team completes above and below ground installation, fibre splicing and copper jointing, as well as related end-to-end services for both telecommunications and electrical connectivity. Be part of a cutting-edge team that provides support services and ensures continuity of supply in a safe working environment. Technicians typically have telecommunications experience, but this isn’t essential.

Project Management
Our project team work directly with clients and operational teams to establish new works and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Our project management team are experts in their field at getting results. On any given day they’re involved in tender responses, project management functions (including stakeholder engagement and scheduling), commercial and strategic decision making, and managing field teams and contractors.

Finance and Administration
Finance and administration is a critical function within FTS Resolve, enabling us to consistently deliver jobs to a high standard. FTS’ operations and other core services are supported by our qualified and talented administration team. Our team’s functions include finance and accounts, IT, payroll and business analysis.

Facilities and Maintenance
Our facilities and maintenance team keeps the rest of the business moving. Providing a critical role within FTS Resolve, they ensure our vehicles and equipment operate efficiently in the field. Our team’s functions include equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs and fabrication.
